September 30, 2010 panelists in the Bubble Auditorium at CIA in Langley participating in the 10-day Oxcart Legacy Tour organized by NVAHOF Director Thornton D. "TD" Barnes of Henderson, Nevada, Peter DeForth, Toni Hiley, Director of the CIA Museum, and Dr. David Robarge, Chief Historian at CIA in Virginia. Organized as a legacy tour, the group met with the work force, families, and children on family day and at the various agencies to tell the story of Project Oxcart at Groom Lake, Nevada.
